Fantastic communication skills, helpful English speaking staff, great value for Reunion Island holiday, excellent meals, clean and welcoming atmosphere, good breakfast.

For me (business traveller) the complete wrong choice as the hotel is full with families (screaming kids etc...) but the hotel I usually stay (Boucan Canot) was full and Novotel is ok. One thing I didn't appreciate; my agent joined me at breakfast one morning and she had one cup of tea...and I was charged 15€ for it! (The price of the full breakfast buffet). I mentioned it on my departure (I'm a fluent French speaker) but they did nothing about it (although they did try to call the restaurant but nobody picked up the phone and I couldn't wait forever as I had a flight to catch)

Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Le Papayer that was only 5 minutes' walk away. The possibility to swim in a pool. It is not far from the airport. Interesting place for city break in Saint-Gilles Les Bains...

Location is great with direct access to the beach. Also the two pools are ok.

Despite the fact that the reservation mentioned room with balcony we were given a room on the ground floor with an excellent view to the parking lot...

Great location, comfortable beds, lovely heated pool, delicious food. Right on the beach, swimming pool, beautiful garden, massage on site. Kind and caring staff. Air conditioning, free guarded parking.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel located in a beautiful area near the beach. Our room and the public areas were very clean and well-equipped. Additionally, we appreciated the safe swimming experience at the beachfront. The hotel facilities, including a swimming pool and available transportation, were great. In terms of the breakfast provided, it was delicious and satisfying. The staff members were friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel was great, only a short walk to the beach and close to shops. During the Christmas season, the hotel offered festive decorations and activities which added to the holiday spirit. the pool was clean and enjoyable.

The location was great! We could walk to the beach and find many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and professional. They even offered us complementary drinks upon arrival and let us check out late without extra charge. The swimming pool area was amazing, we had a lot of fun there. Plus, the room was spacious and clean with fluffy pillows and a comfortable bed.

We felt that the hotel needs a renovation and some details were overlooked. The hallway to our room could have been cleaner and fresher.

The hotel offered a variety of activities for families during the Christmas holidays and there was a kids’ club that kept my children entertained. The location was great as it was close to several restaurants and shops, and the beach was easily accessible. the pool was clean and a great place to relax.

Guests can enjoy a comfortable bed and a lovely heated pool. A friendly and helpful young cook assists customers during dinner buffets with grilling station and dessert ice creams.

The lack of available Wi, Fi in rooms detracts from the convenient location and lower prices, making it difficult to get work done.
